Music is a way of learning by creating. I enjoy watching students gain knowledge, progress and also have fun in their musical journey as well as develop a sense of responsibility, motivation and positive self-esteem. To be successful in music requires commitment and communication between teacher, parent and student. My philosophy is that anyone can learn and create! At this time, private music instruction is available primarily for piano, but will take trumpet students as well -Tracy Smith
